Kia-Ora and Welcome to the Home of New Zealand’s National MX-5 Club

Since our origins during1990 the National Club has continued to grow with members spanning the length and breadth of our wonderful country, all sharing the same enthusiasm and passion of the Mazda MX-5.Currently there are 15 chapters, all joining in as part of the one New Zealand wide Club. Our membership age range is as diverse as the members themselves, everyone from teenagers to well, some who are at the other end!

Geographically we are well placed with an almost abundance of back country roads that surely must have been designed with the MX-5 in mind, and not only great roads but also breath taking scenery – best viewed with the top DOWN !

The Club is a very active and social orientated organisation, so take a look at what’s happening near your area under the Events tab and get involved. Make sure you check out all the other areas of the website as well while you are visiting us.

And our claim to fame:The New Zealand MX-5 Club holds the Guinness World Record for the “Largest Parade of Mazda Cars”

This auspicious event was organised via Mazda NZ  and Donovan Boyd promotions on the 9th October 2005 at Alexandra Park Auckland and officially 249 cars took part.
